Founded in 2020 by Ross Trevean and Simone Trevean, My Choice Group is a family-owned and operated NDIS service based in Geelong, built on the belief that every person deserves support that is responsive, personalised, and centred around their individual needs.
My Choice Group was created after the family’s own experience navigating the challenges of finding the right supports for their family. That lived experience continues to shape the way we support participants and families today.
We pride ourselves on delivering a responsive service, with clear communication, timely support, and a genuine commitment to meeting individual needs.
Each participant is thoughtfully matched with support workers who align with their needs, preferences, and goals — helping create meaningful relationships, positive experiences, and strong outcomes.
