We understand that when you need support, you cannot afford to wait. All new Support Coordination Enquiries are responded to within 1 business day. When you are initially contacted by My Choice Group, you can provide a Manager with your preferences and Support Coordination needs. This ensures that you have maximum choice and control over the allocated Support Coordinator.
My Choice Group have immediate capacity to assist with Level 2 or Level 3 Support Coordiantion. Our team have a variety of skills including Complex Family Support needs, Holistic Physical Disability needs, SDA/SIL assessment and application, and more.
