Founded in 2020 by Ross Trevean and Simone Trevean, My Choice Group is a family owned and operated NDIS Service based in Geelong who believe in meeting clients’ needs and providing a unique personalised service. My Choice Group was founded after personally experiencing the many challenges sourcing appropriate supports for their daughter, and now Team Leader of Operations, Alison Connoley who has cerebral palsy. My Choice Group are committed to providing responsive service delivery and aim to return enquiries within one day and establish services within one week. Each client is matched with a support worker who meets their needs and preferences to develop an understanding of what has or has not worked in the past to aim for successful client experiences and outcomes.
Here at My Choice Group, we have an experienced team that will work closely with you to make it as simple as possible to access support. Driven by our own lived experience, we make it our goal to offer tailored disability support services to all our clients.

Support Coordination
Support Coordinators at My Choice Group will assist you to get the most out of your NDIS plan, to be able to achieve your goals. Our team are passionate about providing comprehensive support coordination that truly understands your needs, assists you to connect with your chosen supports and supports you to align your services with your goals.
We can support you to create new community connections and engage with activities that are meaningful to you. Our staff focus on getting to know you, what your likes and dislikes are to support you to access the community how you want to.
Whether you’re wanting to learn new skills, develop existing skills or need time to identify what you’d like to do; we work with you to learn together.
Our staff have experience in a range of skills and areas of interest, and it is a passion of ours to spend time finding the ‘best match’ for you so that you can be comfortable with your support.
Promoting Positive Daily Activities
With My Choice Group’s support, you and your loved ones can get the support that you need with daily support living in your home. We can assist you with your personal care needs, household support and gardening. Our support workers provide holistic support to assist you to live life the way you want to.
Housing
